Nutley Restaurant Week Member Application
& Contract
As a participant in the Nutley restaurant week, I am aware of and understand the following:
• I must pay my registration fee of $75. For sponsors... Restaurants are free for basic listing on www.nutleyeats.com restaurant directory web page and Logo uploads are additional to see about our premium services please contact us.
• I must provide one copy of my restaurant or Business sponsor logo and menu or service for my restaurant. And the Promotional Nutley Restaurant Week 3 course menu type ready....
• I am responsible for promoting the event in house via appropriate signage, check inserts, phone messages, newsletters, etc. Also advertising in Sponsor publications are recommended at the cost to each Restaurant ie. Baristanet.com and Nutley Journal etc....
• Every restaurant agrees to distribute and collect the Nutley restaurant week comment card. These cards will be collected by the Chamber representative at the end of the restaurant week.
• Each restaurant will feature a 3 or Four course week long special menu for $20.10 or $29.10(plus tax and gratuity) $15.10 brunch or lunch special. These can be items taken directly from your menu or special for the event Show off you want or just take it easy and pick a few of your favorite signature dishes and showcase them that week.
• Attending or being represented at the Nutley restaurant week meeting so I can receive all information, comment cards and instruction for restaurant week (date to be determined)
• ALL RESTAURANT WEEK MENUS MUST BE POSTED ON YOUR WEBSITE or Nutleyeats.com NO LATER THAN 2/05/10
The NRW is responsible for the following:
• All marketing of the restaurant week including but not limited to press releases to magazines, local media, newspapers, radio and news stations
• Email newsletters utilizing the NRW database and maintaining all restaurant week information on our website www.nutleyeats.com
• Providing each restaurant with comment cards and related literature for distribution before and during restaurant week.
• In order to be included in the upcoming press releases, articles and restaurant week literature, we must have your positive response, signed contract and payment in full no later than 1/31/10.
